How to become our customer?

Online registration: 

Register using the web form and pick up your customer card, which will be ready for you in 24 hours at your chosen makro store. 

After registering online on the website, the makro card can only be picked up by an authorised person acting on behalf of the company or its representative on the basis of a power of attorney, which does not need to be officially certified. 

Registration at store: 

A new registration can also be created in-store at the customer service desk, you only need an active ID and proof of identity to register and we will handle everything else. 

To pick up your macro card, just visit the customer service desk at the entrance of the wholesale store.

 All you need to bring with you is proof of identity. If you are not the owner of the ID card, we need a power of attorney signed by the owner, which does not need to be officially certified. Proof of identity is required for collection. We will print your card for you directly at the customer service desk while you wait. 

Card as an employee benefit: 

You can also become our customer if your employer provides a macro card as one of the benefits and you can find out if your company offers this benefit by contacting your HR manager.

Free or independent business:  

You must submit your latest tax return to register and our colleagues at the customer service desk will help you with everything else. 

Ambassadors and other diplomats:  

You can only register in person. You will need to bring your diplomatic card.
