Why is the card non-transferable?

Makro provides services exclusively to registered customers – business entities, traders and other entities such as hospitals, schools, state administration bodies, etc. The simplest way to ensure that only authorized persons have access to our stores is the use of non-transferable customer cards.

Therefore, the cardholder may be asked to present an identity document upon entering the wholesale center in order to demonstrate the right to hold the customer card. By looking at the identification document (name and photo), the reception staff will verify that the card holder is entering the store.
