My customer card was stolen / I lost my customer card. How do I get a new one?

First, it is necessary to block the stolen/lost customer card, i.e. to exclude its misuse by an unauthorized person. Call our information line (281 083 083) and report the loss of your card and its number. Your customer card number is shown, for example, on invoices. We will block your card immediately. In order to issue a new card, a personal visit by a person authorized to act on behalf of the registered customer is required. We will issue you a new card free of charge.
