All invoices for your purchases are now available for download in the My Macro app. PDF invoices are currently only available for invoices issued from 1.9.2024.
In order to track down an invoice from you, we need the date of the invoice, the amount and your customer number or ID number. We can only send you an invoice to the email address you provided with your registration in our system, and we can do this on working days within 24 hours at the latest. If you are a distribution customer or use the Click and Collect service, you can download your invoices in the m-order tool. We can help you with a copy of your invoice on 281 083 083 or you can send a request to [email protected]. If you are a distribution customer, please contact your sales representative. If necessary, the contact details will be forwarded to the information line.
