I lost my invoice, how can I get a copy?

We will be happy to send you a copy of the invoice, please contact us at 281 083 083 or info@makro.cz. In order to trace the invoice from you, we need the date of the invoice, the amount and your customer number or ID number. We can only send you the invoice to the email address provided in your registration in our system on working days within 24 hours. If you are a distribution customer or use the click and collect service, you can download your invoices in the m-order tool or contact your sales representative. If you are a distribution customer, please contact your sales representative. If necessary, the contact details will be forwarded to the information line.

All invoices for your purchases are now available for download in the My Makro app. PDF invoices are currently only available for invoices issued from 1.9.2024.
