It is possible to return goods that show no signs of use and are fit for resale within 30 days from the date of purchase. Goods must be clean, in original intact packaging, complete with original invoice and unconfirmed warranty card. If you are unsure, please contact the customer service desk.
Goods that cannot be returned:
Food, cosmetics and other products where the contents of the original packaging may have been affected
specific personal and oral care products
Specific products removed from their original packaging for copyright reasons, e.g. CDs, DVDs, books.
Cigarettes and tobacco products
alcoholic beverages, including kegged beverages
Exception where products from drugstores can be returned:
non-food items where the contents cannot be changed, e.g.:
plastic utensils, toilet paper, baby diapers, feminine hygiene products, tissues, etc.)
deodorants and air fresheners (sprays and fragrances for flats and toilets)
dental hygiene (toothbrushes, dental floss)
shaving equipment (razors)
The goods must be in their original protective foil and not damaged in any way.
