Can I change or cancel the card holder?

Yes, a personal visit by a person authorised to act for the registered customer or a person authorised by the company's managing director is required to change the holder. It is sufficient to present the customer card and proof of identity, we recommend that you also bring the old card, which will be destroyed. We will immediately issue a new card on the spot in the name you provide.
