My company is based outside the Czech Republic – what do I need to register in Makro Cash and Carry?

If you are doing business abroad, your registration can only be set up in person at the Customer Service Department in one of our wholesale centres. In order for us to register you, please prepare a proof of existence and active business, or an acceptable alternative if the country in which you do business does not issue such a document, and due to the language barrier, translated into Czech and notarized.

In case you are running a freelance business without an ID number, your registration can only be set up in person at the customer service desk in one of our wholesale centres.

All entities that are NOT listed in the Trade Register or are not listed in the Commercial Register shall submit an ID or other identification card and a certificate of registration of the legal entity proving its existence and active business (not older than 3 months); e.g. certificate of registration with the Bar Association, Medical Chamber, or tax registration under one year old, or the last income tax return, or proof of registration of employees for social and health insurance payments, etc.).
